For distributing bedding materials in cubicles, we developed an innovative spreader. This machine consists of a trolley that moves automatically on a rail system and distributes the material above the cubicles. The trolley is equiped with a 24V battery that recharges automatically in the resting position.
The spreader can be seamlessly combined with a manure separator. Solid fraction extracted from manure is a light and fiber-rich product. The material is well suited to form a comfortable bedding and can be used directly - no intermediate storage is required.
